The Adventure...

That's my husband Eric and I on Sabbatical in Hawaii in the summer of 2024. We love journeying together - vacation, ministry, family gatherings - all of it!

Way back in 2009, he supported me in a chapter of our journey when I took a big faith step and enrolled in a Masters program.

It didn't really make sense:

- we didn't have the money for it and were committed not to go into debt,

- a degree wasn't needed for the role I was in, and I wasn't necessarily thinking of a shift. 

- I was "older" at the time and not really the target candidate for grad school.

BUT God had different plans than I did and I am so glad I listened to that prompting!

During my coursework, I took several coach training certifications and got so much out of them that I was using in ministry and life.

I wanted everyone to have access to the training I took! I saw where pastors could get so much out of the coaching paradigm, but not just vocational ministers - just about everyone can benefit from these actionable principles. Coaching helps people build bridges to what could be!
